Lighting Control Solutions
It offers flexibility to meet the user's visual needs. With devices that offer on/off or listening light control, you can enhance the comfort and relaxation of the guest experience at your desired light level. With the RGB LED switches in the Mona series, you can adjust the lighting of the icons on the device to your desired color and intensity, creating a stylish look in the room.
HVAC Control
Maintaining a room at the correct temperature contributes to comfort. The thermostat manages the heating/cooling units according to occupancy levels. This is also important for energy management. Energy savings can also be achieved through thermostat modes and defined scenes via EAE's KNX thermostats.
Curtains, blinds, Shutters and Blinds
Full automation in a guest room includes control of shutters, curtains, blinds, and Venetian blinds. AC/DC motors can be controlled according to daylight, occupancy, and scenes with EAE Technology's hotel GRMS solution.
DND MUR, Card Holder, Bedside Panel and Welcome Panel
All series are available in EAE's accommodation solution.

Energy Saving...
One of the biggest expenses in hotel management is energy consumption.
When there are no guests in the room, and a pre-set scene is not running or presence-based room control is not available, energy consumption increases due to lighting, air conditioning, and fan coil units.
EAE Technology's GRMS solution, thanks to a patent-pending product, contributes to energy savings for hotel management by enabling room control based on card system or occupancy rate.

Card Holder Without GRMS Solution
With the KNX Modbus Gateway module, occupancy monitoring can be performed without the need for a card holder device.
This function automatically executes scenarios even if the cardholder forgets their card, or if guests are not in their room. This allows hotels to save energy.

In card reader systems, all electrical equipment in the room can be used as long as the card is inserted into the system. However, a presence sensor could be used for scenes to save energy in the room.

DEPENDENT ON EXISTENCE SCENARIO CONTROL
Pre-welcome Scenario
There are 5 different scenarios in the KMG system.

As soon as the guest enters the room, the lighting requested in the pre-welcome scenario will be switched on.
Welcome Scenario
During the welcome scenario, lighting, HVAC, shading, and power outlets are permitted in the room for the duration of the guests' stay.
Air Conditioning Scenario
The air conditioner is switched to a pre-defined reduced setting or switched off a moment after the room's window or balcony door is opened.
When the room's window or balcony is closed again, the air conditioner will return to its previous state before the window/balcony door is opened.
Separation Scenario
The permission period is activated at the end of the specified time when you leave the room.
All lights, power outlets, and air conditioning will be switched off.
If desired, the air conditioner can be set to a specific temperature or mode.

Entry/Exit Scenario
After guests check in/out, desired scenarios can be activated through the integration of GRMS software and the hotel's PMS.
